For the dancer, we believe the makeup above would complete the look as it embellishes the stereotypical neon colours that the dancer is wearing; such as the bright tutu/rara skirt, and it makes the whole look adventurous. The facial makeup gives a bold statement and features well in our dramatic and theatrical video that we aim to create. It also amplifies the visual look and will help the audience understand that the character part of the theme of rave.
Also to complete the look, we decided to save money by making our own tutu by purchasing different neon colour netting and making the tutu by sewing the mesh material onto an elasticated white material. The band should be bigger than the waist measurements of the dancer. Below is an image of a tutu which we hope to achieve.
