Organisation of actors, locations, costumes and props

Some of the things we did to manage our time well:

Actors
-We ensured we personally knew all the actors (our friends), so it would be time efficient for us when amending a time and date to shoot.
-If something was not shot correctly, it was not then difficult to get in contact with the actors, largely as we created a Facebook message and added everyone into it.
-We certified that all the actors were willing to do what we asked them to do beforehand.
-We formed a document of the order of the auditions to make sure we do not waste any of the actor's time and we only call them when they are needed.
-We informed the actors way in advance if we needed them so if they were unable to attend, we would have enough time to make adjustments accordingly.

Locations
-We used Call Sheets so we knew exactly which actors, where, when and for what they were needed.
-We created a Shot List to make sure we knew exactly what shots we were doing for each location.
-We also noted next to each verse/line where this would be shot to manage our time well.
-We kept to a minimum amount of locations so it was accessible for everyone and this would also save time and money.

Costumes
-We made a costume list for each actor.
-In our group meetings we discussed who was avail to what costume.
-If no one had certain costumes, we discussed where we could buy them from as long as it was affordable.
-We ensured that our actors were willing to wear these costumes and that they would fit them correctly.

Props
-Similarly we made a prop list too.
-We researched on where and who we could borrow props from such as tea cups, a table and a scientists cloak.
-We tried to keep realistic with costumes and props, thus, we only thought about those props and costumes that were avail to us easily.

Pictures for the evaluation

We uploaded the main images we would need for our evaluation so the whole group would have access to the essentials.
